ChangingStreets.com has been many things over the years, but first and foremost client focused.
We recently went through a huge transition. When we realized we had become about agents, and letting them take short cuts in marketing because "we don't need to the market is great", we let them start their own company. We spent a year revamping our offering focusing even more on the consumer. We partnered with HomeDipity! to access their Aspirational Listing System that has proven to cut time on market and increase sales prices, while most importantly increase seller certainty.
This process is very intensive on our side but the results benefit our client far beyond what anyone else is offering in any of the markets we operate. We are committed to offering a Smart, Easy, Sane experience to sellers every time.

Scott has grown up in the housing industry. Scott's unparalleled experience in the industry began by typing loan packages at his parent’s mortgage bank in fourth grade. He has performed every job in the mortgage industry on both the servicing and origination sides (including two consecutive years originating over 1,000 loans per year). He has worked for a top five national real estate brand as Vice President of Strategy, reporting directly to the CEO and has owned his own real estate firm for 18 years.
Scott has served on the East Central Association of Realtors Board of Directors, The Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors Board of Directors, The North Carolina Realtors Board of Directors, The Dean of the Triangle Realtor Leadership Academy, and Chairman of the Government Affairs Committee at Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors.
